Singulr private beta
Twenty spots are open to Belgian SMEs and non-profits joining a European sovereign federation — code, communications, data — operated from Belgium under Belgian law. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Commercial launch planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Who this beta is for
This beta is aimed at tech SMEs (teams of 5 to 50 developers), associations and non-profits that want complete Git tooling without a cloud budget, schools, colleges and universities for their courses, projects and research, as well as administrations and municipalities committed to the sovereignty of their data and to public procurement.
Entry criteria
- Belgian registration
- Organisation registered in Belgium, with a valid BCE number.
- Technical team
- At least two people.
- Motivation
- Written motivation describing your organisation's sovereignty needs and how joining a European sovereign federation fits your strategy.
- Monthly feedback
- Commitment to provide structured monthly feedback throughout the beta.
- Beta terms
- Acceptance of the private beta terms.
Cost-sharing
Access to the beta is free for the first six months. Public pricing will be communicated at the commercial launch in the fourth quarter of 2026. Beta testers benefit from preferential conditions when moving to the commercial version. A specific pricing grid will be offered to schools, non-profits and not-for-profit organisations.

- No. Forgejo is GPL v3+, your repositories export in two commands to wherever you want (GitHub, GitLab, Codeberg, or self-hosted). No proprietary lock-in.
- Under which law?
- Belgian law. Singulr ASBL, registered office Avenue Louise 231, 1050 Brussels. No CLOUD Act, no FISA 702, no US extraterritoriality.
- What does the monthly feedback consist of?
- A short written check-in (around 15 minutes per month) on what works, what does not, and what is missing. This is the main contribution of beta testers to the service.
